Delivery Information

Conditions of Delivery:

  1. We offer Free delivery to metro area in Victoria, New South Wales, Canberra, South Australia, and some parts of Queensland for any order of 12x750ml bottles (1 case) of the same wine. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We will only accept shipments to a valid street address.


  1. The discounted price is only available to customers who place the order online


  1. Please provide a business hours address and contact details. If no one is home, please provide special delivery instructions. Otherwise, the wine will be returned to the warehouse of the delivery company when no one is home. After that, customers can book the redelivery within 2 business days from the date of attempted delivery.


  1. The redelivery service is free for up to 3 times. Customers MUST book the redelivery within 2 business days from the date of attempted delivery. If the delivery company did not receive any request of the redelivery, the stock will be returned to the shop. And there will be a charge to the customers for the second delivery.


  1. We strongly recommend customers to use the redelivery service if you are not at home at the time of delivery. Queen’s Bounty will NOT be liable for missing wine if you choose to have your wine delivered to the front or back door.


  1. Please allow up to 14 days from dispatch for delivery within Australia. Most of the deliveries will arrive much earlier.


  1. Not all wines on the website are available in-store. Please do not hesitate to call us if you need the wine urgently.


  1. Insurance of up to $1,000.00 is complimentary. Queen’s Bounty will only refund on the number of the broken bottles by the value of the price which is on the website. For example, if you buy 1 case of wine which cost $240.00 but 2 bottles are broken, we will refund $40.00.


  1. If breakage happens before recieving the stock, please send us photos of the broken bottles with the case of wine within 24 hours of delivery. We need to report the claim to the insurance company if you need the refund. 


  1. Some of the wine can be mix and match. Also, some of the 'out of stock' wine are available in store. Please do not hesitate to contact our staff by the online support or email to if you require any information.


  1. All stock subject to availability and increases in government charges and wholesale prices.



Please note: The price charged for delivery of any item includes the cost of postage, packaging materials and order processing costs.

Delivery charges are inclusive of 10% GST.
